You can add up to five emergency contacts to receive location text messages and phone calls. The app also allows you to add multiple Plegium SMART devices, making it convenient for families. Your emergency contacts don't need the Plegium app because they will receive regular text messages and phone calls. However, they must know that they are one of your emergency contacts, so that they respond to your distress calls.
